Terms & Conditions – Zap Thai

These terms apply to dine-in, pickup, and delivery services.

Article 1 – Definitions

The business is Zap Thai. The customer is any person or legal entity placing an order or using our services. Services include dine-in, pickup, and delivery.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms apply to all reservations, orders, deliveries, and agreements with Zap Thai.

Article 3 – Reservations

Reservations may be made in-store, by phone, or online. We may adjust or refuse reservations in exceptional situations.

Article 4 – Orders (pickup and delivery)

Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in-store. Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

Article 5 – Prices and payments

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

Prepared meals are perishable goods; therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

Article 7 – Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Article 9 – Force majeure

In force majeure situations (e.g. power failure, extreme weather, or supply issues), obligations may be suspended or orders may be adjusted/cancelled.

Article 10 – Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Haarlem unless mandatory law states otherwise.

Article 11 – Card payments

Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Zap Thai does not store customers’ card details.
